Is Duphaston 10mg Advisable For Irregular Menstruation?
Hi. I ve been experiencing irregular menstruation ever since I started to have my mens. Now I m 23 and still it s irregular. Today is June and the last time I had my mens was Feb. p test is negative. I went to the doctor earlier today and was prescribed to take Duphaston 10mg once a day for 10days. Would that really help my case?

Yes, it will help. Take the medicines as advised. Medroxyprogesterone is also effective. Take diet rich in iron, protein & calcium. Stay away from stress. Get clinically examined to rule out hormonal imbalance, PCOS & thyroid issues.
