Is Duphaston Advisable During 32 Weeks Of Pregnancy?
My wife is 35 years old and she s pregnant, She is in the 32 weeks of pregnancy . Her doctor gave her duphastpn 10 mg for 2 months as 4 tablets per day and she doesn t have any problem. Is it normal ? Is there risks to take these 4tablets per day !? Thanks

Duphaston is synthetic progesterone. It is administered in conditions in which there is decreased secretion of endogenous progesterone.
It might have been administered as a preventive measure to avoid certain complications associated with pregnancy.
