Is Duphaston Twice A Day Safe During Pregnancy?

Hi ... I'm 9 weeks and 6 days pregnant... Doctor advised me to take duphaston 10 mg twice a day .. morning and night after food... Now I'm taking only two tablets that is duphaston and folic acid tablet.. is it safe to take duphaston ..? Will it affect my health? Or babies health? Actually I had bleeding.. one day due to stress and over work ... So doc advised me to take duphaston and 4 injections which I need to take one by one every week for a month... Now my doubt is can I take duphaston through out pregnancy

Hi I think you can take duphaston without any worry. It is a progesterone which supports implantation and prevents miscarriages. So, you can take it till 12 weeks of pregnancy. It will be helpful. Hope it helps.
