Is Erytop Gel Effective For Acnes?

Hi I am suffering from acne on my face and the scared on my face. I am getting married in one month. I want to quickly remove the stars. I have bought erytop gel and started applying with a cream called magicort. Please advise if I can use other cosmetics or I need to use this cream only. Also, Can I use erytop at the day time.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain you can very well use erytop gel as it contains Clindamycin and is one of the efficient medication given for acne..
As far as magicort is concerned it contains Steroid Mometasone and has long term side effects and should be avoided..
In place of it you can apply Benzoyl peroxide containing gel along with erytop..
Wash your face twice a day with Salicylic acid containing face wash..

For quick results you can consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can advise you to apply retinols containing gels.
Exfoliate your face twice a day with mild scrub..
Oral antibiotics like Muricoprin or Clindamycin can also be advised..
Certain in-office treatment like Microdermabrasion and glycolic acid peels can help..
Drink plenty of water.
Avoid oily food..
Take Multivitamin supplements and nutritious food..
