Hello,

Estrogen is thought to affect the cervical cancer and cause it to get worse so I understand your concern with the use of estrogens while having cervical cancer.
I would recommend you to talk with your doctor and discuss the risks the estrogens have in the cervical cancer and try to find a solution that is going to be acceptable and safe even though you have cervical cancer.
On the other hand there are other measures that may help with the menopausal symptoms depending on the symptoms you have. I would also recommend you to have a TSH done to rule out thyroid problems because thyroid problems are very common in menopausal women and its symptoms can be confused with menopausal symptoms or can make them worse.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
