hi,
1. Glycomet when given with Atenolol can mask the signs of hypoglycemia.
2. Mirtazepine along with Atenolol and Losartan has an additive effect in lowering your Blood Pressure.
3.Mietazepine when given with Paroxetine can cause a rare Serotonine Syndrome & can be fatal.

You may have symptoms like confusion, hallucination, seizure, extreme changes in blood pressure, increased heart rate, fever, excessive sweating, blurred vision, muscle spasms, incoordination, stomach cramp, etc.
Incase if you experience any of the above please seek medical help immediately.
Severe cases may result in coma and even death.
