Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of scalp psoriasis which could be due to hormonal changes, dandruff, stress and clogging of skin pores. But in your case the symptoms are due to psoriasis .Need not to worry. Do oiling of scalp regularly to avoid dandruff. I would suggest you to try to reduce your stress . Topical application of Clindamycin gels along with Benzoyl Peroxide gel and using salicylic acid containing shampoos can help. Consult dermatologist . Doctor may examine physically take skin patch for lab test . Doctor may prescribe topical corticosteroid , retinoids , calcineurin inhibitors . Doctor may also recommend goeckerman therapy and light therapy.
