Is Jublia Advisable For Thickened Toe Nail?

I have a big toe that has a thickened toenail and I am inquiring about taking the medication Jublia. I am interested in how hard it is on my general health or is there something better. I want to stop this nail problem before it gets worse. Any feedback would be helpful.

I really appreciate your concern most of the time such nail condition is surgical one some time this may be associated with fungal infection or bacterial infection (paronychia) initially this can be managed medically if this fails to response then this need to be removed surgically, hope this information helps, take care.
