Is Keracnyl Cream Advisable For Acne?
Hellow m siya.. I hav a oily acne prone sensitive skin m using retino ac gel n doctr suggested me karacnyl pp cream for acne but i got little bumps on my face aftr using it and m using seba med soap... Should i stop using karacnyl cream sinc m feeling that caused acne bumps on ma face? Bcoz tretion m using sinc long tym n it dint caus any side effect on ma face... Plz suggest me any good moisturiser too

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne problem which occur when there is hormonal changes, stress and clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum and bacteria get infected.
Keracnyl cream in long term can cause side effects such as of thinning of skin on affected area of face and prominence with rashes. I would suggest you to
- Drink plenty of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet.
- Avoid exposure to sunlight.
- Take Multivitamin supplements.
- Apply Adapalene gel once at night.
If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course and can also go for chemical peel containing Glycolic acid.
