Is Ketamine Infusion Safe In A Heart Patient With A T7 Fracture?

My husband was just told he has an abdominal aortic aneurysm...he was going for a medical clearance for eye surgery next week...they found it on his EKG.....he has had many other issues this past year....Severe unexplained neuropathy in both hands....heart attack after IVIG.....car accident in November....his cancer surgeon found out he broke his T7 in back...they never found it in ER in November...He is supposed to possibly receive ketamine infusion after this.....is this wise with all the other issues....he is 64 years old.
