Is Lansoprazole Along With Diazepam And Co-codamol Safe?
Is it safe to take my prescribed lansoprazole, with 5mg of diazepam and one 30/500 co-codamol tablet, I take diazepam rarely for anxiety and the cocodamol for pain management. I am suffering from palpitations and an irregular rhythm in my chest at this moment and was concerned maybe it could/would make my palpitations worse or could potentially be dangerous, thankyou in advance.

I have understand your concern
diazepam is good for anxiety but once you have developed palpitations and irregular heart rhythm , it is nothing to do with anxiety, I'm suspecting some cardiac etiology for that and you need change of medications
lansoprazole can be used safely
I can suggest you to get
1.ECG
2.ECHO
3.hemogram
I can suggest you to take tab.propranolol 40 mg once a day
consult your physician after those tests and decide about further plan of action
