Is Nexium And Duromine Causing Strained And Bloody Bowels?

Hi I have had a range of issues lately and as a result my doctor has put me on Nexium and Duromine. A few weeks into taking these now and I am finding my bowl movements are becoming less frequent, and at times straining. Recently this has resulted in bleeding. It is like it is tearing or something. How serious is this and how can i fix it.

Hello,

Duromine may cause constipation and diarrhoea.

If you're taking this drug you may take high fibre diet along with this drug.

If no improvement means you may consult your doctor he will examine and treat you with alternative medicine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
