Is Nido Milk Powder Containing Oxidized Cholesterol Advisable For Regular Consumption?
Hi. i want to ask that is powered nido milk is good or bad. As i just read that it contains oxidized cholesterol. That is very bad type of cholesterol. And if i swtich to liquid milk is packed processed milk is good or bad . As it contains preservatives. Thank You. Regards
