Understanding your concern. As per your query you have hearing loss in left ear and normal sensitivity in right year, Well there can be many reason for symptoms you mention in query like autoimmune inner ear disease , very loud noise , ear infection, wax accumulation in ear, acoustic neuroma , physical head injury, and sensorineural hearing loss. You can start with Prednisolone tablet or otogesic ear drops. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan , blood test , examinetion with otoscope. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( amoxicillin or penicillin ) along with anti inflammatory medications. Doctor may recommend surgery or hearing aid.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
