My adult son moved to Vancouver WA. He has been treated with Ritalin for about 25 years with good results. He tried to get established with a new doctor but found that the doctor would not prescribe Ritalin because he thinks too many people abuse it. The doctor tried an alternative which resulted in severe facial swelling. Another alternative produced a severe rash. My son has tried to find another doctor who will at least say whether he would consider prescribing it but no one will even go that far and wants him to make an appointment several weeks out first. He is currently not under treatment with anyone and suffering the consequences. Is there any way to find out who is prescribing Ritalin in Vancouver for patients with ADHD?
