SGOT & SGPT are considered as So, the your SGOT & SGPT values are above the normal range.
Since you are non alcoholic, the possibility of Alcoholic Liver
cell damage can be ruled out.
SGOT and SGPT are reasonably sensitive indicators of
liver damage.
However, higher than normal levels of these liver enzymes should not be automatically equated with liver disease.
For example, elevations of these enzymes can occur with muscle damage.
And given the history that you have recently joined a Gym, a rise in level of these enzymes can be attributed to muscle damage.
So, you need to perform your exercises in Gym under the guidance of an Expert trainer to prevent any further damage to the muscles.
Since you do not have any clinical symptoms & other lab analytes are within normal range, there is no need to worry.
