Is Savaysa The Right Substitute For Eliquis?

I take Eliquis 5mg twice daily. My cardio gave me some Savaysa 30mg and said it is the same thing. Obviously, that cannot be; but my question is, if I run out of Eliquis 5mg, can I substitute the Savaysa until my proper refill of Eliquis can be filled? It can take a month to get scripts from the VA. Any answer out there?
