Although the claim is made that some people may be able to start to feel less depressed within 2 weeks of taking one antidepressant drug , most people won t start experiencing the full positive effects of the medication until 6 to 8 weeks after beginning it. Solian or Amisulpride belongs to a group of medicines called antipsychotics. It is used to ease the symptoms of schizophrenia. Like for antidepressants,even for antipsychotics,it is necessary to wait a couple of weeks(at least 2 weeks) to have full effect of this medication. If you see that even after some weeks there are not improvements with her symptoms,than i suggest to consult her treating psychiatrist to change or modify the therapy. Hope this is helpful.
