Is TSH Value Of 36.5 A Cause For Concern?
I AM HAVINE HYPO THYROIDISM MY WEIGHT IS 78 KG HEIGHT IS 5.11 I AM TAKING THYROXINE SODIUM TABLETS 100 MG EVERY DAY , MY THS IS 36.5 I HAVE LOST MOST OF THE HAIRS AND KIDNLY SUGGEST I SHOULD INCREASE THE DOSE OR SHOULD I CONTINUE WITH THE SAME I AM TAKING THIS TABLET SINCE LAST 16 YEARS I AM 47 YEARS OF AGE

The TSH is too high which means there is severe hypothyroidism. Thyroxine has to be increased. You can increase the dose to 125 and recheck the TSH after four weeks.
