Is UTI And Blood In Urine Sign Of Cancer?

helo sir
my dad is 40+ he is suffering from severe urinary track infection.pus cells in urine are plenty and RBC s are also plenty.our family doctor suggested amacasin 500 mg injections.he also complained about blood in urine and severe burning.is any thing serious.are these the symptoms of cancer?please suggest

infection may be with or without stone.
