General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Divaa OD 500 should be continued to remain fit free and compliance is a must else epilepsy can recur. The other medicine, is used to treat some complications related to diva OD long term usage which may interfere with few micro-nutrients metabolism and some related neurological side effects which can be controlled by concomitant usage of both so it's better to take both but if second one isn't available, diva OD should still be continued to avoid landing up in status epilepticus.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
