Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have adult adhd, I have been diagnosed adhd since a child. I have done without my adhd medication (vyvanse 50mg) for the past 3 years. Now, I am a father and primary income for our family and I am up for a promotion that would involve more responsibility and juggling work loads. I have been struggling with concentration/focus on my store alone, and this promotion would have me taking care of 17 of them. I work 60 hours a week and it is hard to get in to see a psychiatrist as it has been so long and I do not have health insurance or time to go to an office. Is there any way to get back on my vyvanse 50mg prescription with health care magic? And if so how much would the initial session cost?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to get a prescription from healthcare magic. I can appreciate that it can sometimes be difficult to see a psychologist or psychiatrist but unfortunately that it is the best way to get the medication that you would need.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Michelle Gibson James, General & Family Physician
