Just started taking Zovia 1/35e for PCOS.....has anyone every taken this birth control for this issue? If so, please tell me some things about this pill and some things that may happen to my body! Super nervous to start this pill cause my last pill I was on (Ortho-Tricyclen) really messed me up mentally and emotionally!
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is one of common causes of irregular periods in women. Women with PCOS may be given Birth control (oral contraceptive pills such as Zovia) to trigger a period, Birth control pills contains hormones estrogen and progesterone. They should be taken for regular once a day for 21 days, then they should be stopped & menstruation will follow. These pills are absolutely safe & have very few side effects For further queries visit a gynaecologist
Don't worry you would be fine Hope this information helps.
