Is A MRI Best Option To Find Out The Cause For Leg And Back Pain ?
im 21 5 5 & have been pretty healthy most my life.i was hit by a truck 2 years ago causing leg & back problems.i recently fell at work because my knee gave out.it wont quit hurting and when i walk on it it pops & feels like im going to fall the xray said nothing was wrong.would a mri be the best option now
It will be better if MRI was done under your doctor's supervision. Your spine should be investigated for herniated discs or fractures too.

Thanks for the query. If there is nothing on the x ray then it rules out a fracture but doesnt rule out lateral and medial menisceal tear for which MRI will help . Have a nice day.
