hello and welcome to HCM forum,
Thank you for writing to us,
First of all, I would like you to know that anything abnormal happening in any part of your body should be addressed first, you should see your doctor at the earliest before the problem progresses.

Maxillary Sinus cyst is an inflammatory condition of the maxillary sinus, sometimes it is asymptomatic for which we do not prescribe any medication. But when it comes with symptoms like fever, headache, pus discharge, etc then we highly recommend treatment for it, which might include sinus drainage,or even cyst removal from the sinus.

In your case, symptoms are bothersome and do need physician's attention.
I will advise you to see your doctor,

If you have any further questions, feel free to write back,
I will be happy to assist you.

I wish you good health,
take care

regards,
Dr. Anshika Taneja
