Hello Thanks for writing to HCM Yes,findings will be more accurate in CT scan of thorax. Pleural thickening in right basal region and fibrosis in left upper lung are due to sequel of infection.In your case,it is due to history of pulmonary tuberculosis. Infection naturally heals by calcification and fibrosis.This condition doesn t generally require any treatment unless it compromises pulmonary functions. Findings are not serious at all.
