Is A Pacemaker Recommendable With Resting Heart Rate 41,BP 150/61,70% LAD Blockage, complete RBB,left Anterior Block?

I am a 75 year old male with a resting heart rate of 41. My blood pressure is 150/61 nearly always with medication. I am in pretty good physical shape but have a 70% blockage in my LAD. I have a complete RBB and a left anterior block.(Bifascicular block) My total cholesterol is around 100 with 45% HDL. Knowing all of this, I would like to know if a pacemaker would benefit me?

Hi i read your query very carefully.

In my opinion the pacemaker is the best treating choice. Another option is to wait for the pacemaker until you develop a serious life threatening event such as syncope or cardiac arrest.

So i recommend the pacemaker for you.

Hope it was of help!
