Is A Raised Bruise On Head After An Injury A Serious Condition?

Got hit over head with vodka bottle at my yesterday. Felt like vomitting and I can t properly focus still 24+ hours later. Basic equations and remembering basic information feels a bit cloudy. Theres a dent on my forehead now about the size of a penny going inwards about 2milimetres inwards towards my skull. Bad?

HI THANK YOU FOR ASKING THIS ON HCM. SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR BRUISE. HEAD INJURY ARE THINGS THAT NEED TO BE EVALUATED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. YOUR BRUISE IS DUE TO BLOOD CLOT BENEATH YOUR SKIN IT IS NOT A BIG ISSUE BUT SINCE YOU HAVE COMPLAINTS OF NAUSEA I ADVICE YOU TO CONSULT A SURGEON AND TAKE A CT SCAN TO CONFIRM THERE IS NO INJURY INTERNALLY..
