The disease in groin areas is more likely to be fungal infection..may be Tinea cruris or candidiasis. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. Sprinkle antifungal powder like Clotrimazole powder. Give him antifungal cap like Itroconazole daily for two weeks. If there is itching, antihistaminics like Cetirizine tab may be considered. Keep the area dry. Wash the area with diluted Dettol. Improve the immunity and hygiene.
