I would like a few clarifications. 1) has she received her routine vaccinations? 2)was there any dirt or rust on the fence? 3) was the wound examined and cleaned right away? A small cut will usually heal on its own and won t pose any threats or complications. ( it should have stopped bleeding and well on the way to healing If, however, it does not heal and continues to bleed for more than a day, or looks raw or infected you should take her to a pediatrician to check the severity and extent of the injury and treat accordingly.
