Is Abdominal Discomfort After Hernia Surgery Normal?

Hello, my questions involve me having a surgical hernia ayear ago. I had it repaired and now after a year I still have problems with laying on stomach or having any pressure on it. Is this normal? And are there any excercizes I can do to work off the surgery scarriing. I walk miles everyday so walking isnt doing the trick. I am 51, weigh about 250 and am 5 ft 7 in tall. Thank you for any info you can give me!

Although, you have not mentioned what type hernia it is being repaired but it may not be the symptoms hernia again and it needs to be looked for something else, with little and incomplete information given here I can say that.

You have not even mentioned the exact symptoms you are having you have stated "Problem" but what type of problem it is not mentioned here, just word "Problem" word being used instead of any symptoms does not creates any sense, so you detail query will be appreciated for right advise.
