Ubicar Tablet which contains essential nutrients (coenzyme-Q10 and Levo-carnitine) commonly prescribed as an antioxidant in the treatment of nutritional deficiencies associated with various diseases. Generally it is well tolerated by most of our patients, however it may cause stomach upset, dyspepsia, vomiting, headache and insomnia. It is not known to cause severe lower abdominal pain. I advise you to consult your treating doctor for proper clinical assessment to rule out acute abdomen.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
