Hallow Dear,
After reading your history, I would like to inform you that
incompetent cervix is not a contraindication for
abortion. In fact, if your cervix is not sutured after 14 weeks, you will loose this
pregnancy.
However, considering that you are Rh - ve woman, you should not undergo abortion as the chances of isoimmunization are quite high. If your blood develops substantial amount of
antibodies to the Rh +ve blood, then you will not be in a position to have any successful pregnancy in future, or you may require continuous monitoring with required interventions to take the pregnancy to the term and have a live child. Then also, the child does carry risk of neonatal complications like blood destruction leading to
jaundice.
If at all, you undergo abortion, you should take Rh anti-gammaglobulin injection to prevent your blood producing anti Rh antibodies.
I hope you get the proper message.
