Is Absolute Neutrophil Count Of 1.74 A Cause For Concern?

Just got some blood work done and my ABS Neutrophils is at 1.74 which is low. I had gotten a Flu shot a couple of days before I had my blood drawn. The Fly shot affected me pretty hard. I had sweating and felt weak for about an hour. Could the Flu shot have contributed to this low rating.
