I accidentally swallowed a Spiriva capsule. I am 65 yr old female with COPD. AND AM CURRENT.Y BE TREATED WITH AVALOX AND PREDNISONE. I use Breo in the afternoon and Spiriva at night. Should I be concerned about the processing of the capsule itself. I know that the Spiriva will do nothing for my lungs, but want to know possible side effects from swallowing the capsules. Btw, lesson learned. Don t use Spiriva at the same time you are taking Meds and Supplememnts.
