Is Air Travel Safe For Heart Attack Patient With Ischemic Stroke?

My husband have a heart attach then Ishcemic stroke last 5 day ago . He can walking a little bit , rigth side weaks . I need him to flying to hospital from Singapore to Thailand that 2 hours from Singapore . Can he flying or transfer him by airplan?

Hello, Thanks for consulting HCM.
In my opinion there is no risk of getting him transferred by flight provided he is on medication ( Blood Thinner) since last 4-5 days. He must have been put on these medication after his heart attack.
