Is Alcohol Consumption Safe While On A Red Yeast Rice Supplement?
I ve been instructed to take red yeast rice supplement for my high cholesterol which is now at 273. Should I completely eliminate alcoholic beverages from my diet? I usually consume 1 beer or 3-5 oz. of wine daily. Since taking the red yeast rice I have also noticed I am much slower on my bicycle rides - usually riding about 28 miles 3 times a week.
