Is An Over Active Thyroid A Side Effect Of SUTENT?
I have renal cell mets. In my lung- I had a kidney removed 7 yrs ago, then last Sept. I was was diagnosed with the mets. I am on 37.5 SUTENT - at first it was four wks on 2 wks off, as I was so unwell on it I am now on 2 wks on 1 wk. off.today I just found out I have an over active thyroid, would you know is this a side effect of SUTENT? Hi, sorry to hear about your kidney cancer, yes, thyroid problem has been listed as a side effect of medication. You should talk to your treating doctor to find a solution to this.
