Is Anti-rabies Vaccination Sufficient To Combat Hydrophobia?
Hello Doctor.
Got bitten by a stray dog last night. Withing 5-10 minutes I was back home and washed it using soap and cold water. Went to my family doctor and took an injection for tetanus and one rabipur anti-rabies injection. Still, I'm getting a little paranoid over the issue and I feel that I'm having excessive saliva since morning today. Do I need to be worried about anything?
A monkey had scratched my arm nearly 5-6 years back and back then, I was given the full course of anti-rabies hots as well.

After bitten by a stray dog, you followed the exact protocol. Since you have take shot of ATS and rabipur, there is no need to worry.
You should follow the schedule of post-exposure prophylaxis for rabies.
