my age is 22 and i am smoking since 4yrs..i smoke 10 ciggretes a day..but reduced to 4 from a week... and i am having breathng problem..my chest seems to be harder when i inhale or xhale..i am unable to breath to the xtent i used to...and i am sufffering wid mild cold too....i am scared and tensed as i never had such breathing problem....can you suggest me wats going wid me..nd wat to do?
