Is Appendix Operation Only Solution For Pain During Periods?

Hello dr, i am bhuvaneswari,31 years old.i am suffering from appendix.i got pain during periods time.first two days of peroids felt two much of pain.i consult my family doctor,she said to eat vegetables and fruits and no need to operate.and one more problem for me is hernia.for this also she said,make excercise and keep regular and no need to operation.give me some suggestions to my problem

Hello,

Treatment of the disease depends on the severity, duration, and associated complications. So simple pain and mild hernia no need treatment, if it is severe hernia causing vomiting or bowel obstruction or pain need surgery.

A highly inflamed appendix may need surgery or otherwise chances to perforation and it's complications. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet trapic MF twice a day for five days after the food is useful. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
