hey, i purchased oil of oregano and was instructed to apply under tongue then swallow. Although the oil of oregano i purchased says skin oil on it. Its the alcohol free natures bounty brand, and i was hoping you could instruct me on wether or not this is just a way to apply it or a strict instruction.
