hello!
I deeply understand your concern regarding your body weight. i would suggest you the following to increase your weight in a healthy manner.
1) increase your calorie intake . there is no other shortcut for increasing weight. Eat atleast 500kcal more than your regular diet to see an improvement.
2) Rice is rich in carbohydrates, it gives easily digestible sugars and good amount of calories. simple boiled rice intake twice a day is sufficient. no need of beaten rice. same calorific value to both.
3) Early breakfast(around 7am) should consist of bread 2 or 3 loafs with any spread like butter jam, chocolate spread or peanut butter. preferably peanut butter as its rich in
proteins. followed by your regular breakfast.
4) after breakfast drink whole milk atleast 200ml with or without protein powder as per your taste and affordability.
5)have lunch as regular. add yoghurt and banana to your lunch .
6) have snacks around 5pm , as per your wish but dont eat oily fried items.
7) Have regular dinner plus a banana. drink whole milk 200ml just 15 minutes before you sleep.
8) to increase your digestion and assimilation use aristozyme 5ml immediately after your food thrice a day.
9) make sure your diet consists of enough proteins , fats and carbs. dont stick to anyone as it is not good for health. all should be in balance.
you are bound to increase your weight with this simple easy to follow schedule. donot take any drugs not medically advised.
