Is Bio-identical Hormone Therapy A Safe And Effective Menopause Treatment?
Is Bio-identical hormonal therapy effective? How different is this to a traditional HRT? I have been taken bio- identical estrogen (0.5 vaginal cream) and progesterone (100mg once a day) and found a very small change in my condition - hot flashes. I am a 59 years old female. Should I change to a traditional HRT?
