I have cervical ectropion removed with a chemical silver nitrate on the 23rd June 2011. The doctor said it was small and after the procedure he said I should avoid intercourse for up to 48 hours. I have only had sex yesterday and I started to bleed. I am still spotting but I am not sure if it my period (I'm irregular) or not. I think that thebprocedure did not work. Did my doctor give me the right advise or should I have waited 4 weeks to have sex?
