Hello,
Firstly, unprotected intercourse within the first week of the menstrual cycle is usually safe unless you have short cycles. Since you have taken the emergency pill which contains high doses of hormone, you have experienced withdrawal bleeding. You cannot ovulate at this stage and hence another pill is not necessary. Also, repeated use of emergency pills leads to gross hormone imbalances and further fertility concerns. So, please go for regular form of contraception instead. Hope this helps.
