OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question. Bleeding or spotting in early pregnancy is suggestive of:
1. Haemorrhage around the foetus( subchorionic haemorrhage)
2. Abortion
3. Ectopic pregnancy
Fertigyn injection has hCG which is given to support the pregnancy and is usually given for subchorionic haemorrhage. The bleeding does notststops immediately after taking the injection. It Will take time.
I suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, get an ultrasound done and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
