Is Blood Pressure Level Of 123/74 Considered Normal?

Hi my husband 60 just suffered a massive brain stroke Jan 29 and we were discharged last Wed of last week...I have been trained to care for my husband..took his bp and it s 123/74..he has a peg tube and trache..paralyzed on right side..blood sugar was 119 on iso meal at 85ml 200 flush..is his bp ok?
