Hello,
The blood pressure you have mentioned is slightly lower than what's called the normal one which is 120/80 mm of Hg.
As you are having trouble whenever you change posture from sitting to standing or lying down, it is possible that there is some underlying cause behind it.
Sometimes it may be due to some deficiency of important nutrients for an instance of
iron deficiency, in anaemic patients weakness and
fatigue is commonly seen.
You said you are told that you lost some weight whenever people see you, have you observed any changes in your weight? Keep a track of it if you think you are losing weight.
I would advise you to drink sufficient amount of water throughout the day. To find out the exact reason for this, I suggest you see a physician and explain this with all history.
After he does your physical examination and with a detailed history, he might ask you to undergo some blood tests or imaging tests if needed. So that appropriate treatment can be given. Stay healthy and fit.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Manisha Auradkar, General & Family Physician
