Is Blood Pressure Of 125/50 Normal In A 95 Year Old?

My mother in law had her blood pressure checked at had a reading of 125/50 is that good. She is 95 years old and in her last days of life . Hospice has been called in as well but I was wondering if this reading is too low, especially that bottom number. Thanks
